The Dover Public Library will be having a program on the Dover Dogs that are located on either side of the front entrance of the Dover Town Hall. The program will be on Thursday, April 7th at 3:00pm via Zoom. You must register prior to the program to get the log in information. The link to register is https://forms.gle/bWnirryUKEMEuAnVA
Due to the inclement weather the pickup date has been changed to:
Sunday, March 13th at the Museum House between 4:30 – 5:30.

It’s that time of year again!
The Dover Area Historical Society will be hosting their Gourmet Boxed Dinner prepared by Simply Gourmet Catering. The event will be:
Saturday, March 12th and pick-up will be between 4:00 – 5:30pm in the First Memorial Presbyterian Church Parking Lot (51 W Blackwell Street, Dover in the rear parking lot).

As always we appreciate your continued support. All proceeds from this fund raiser will be going towards the Dover Area Historical Society’s Museum House Restoration Fund. We are getting ready to go into Phase 2 of our project.
Due to inclement weather we have decided to cancel our Open House on Sunday, January 30th, 2022.
Please join us on February 27th for an Open House (weather permitting) from 2 – 4pm.
Also, keep an eye out! We will be having our Saint Patrick’s Day Gourmet Boxed Dinner again this year. The pickup date will be Saturday, March 12th. We will be posting the flier for this event shortly.
Dover Area Historical Society is raising money to continue renovation work of the Dover Area Historical Society Museum House (aka The Dr. Arthur W. Condict House).
This Beautiful building was built circa 1890 in the Queen Ann Style. It is part of the Blackwell Street Historic District and is one of the few remaining houses on Doctor’s Row.

The Dover Area Historical Society will be hosting an open house June 13th, from 2-4pm. Come enjoy the pictorial history of Dover along with the New Jersey Electric Trolley Exhibit that is located on the Second Floor.
We will be having another Open House on Sunday July 11th from 2-4 if you happen to miss the June Open House or it is also open by appointment.
